Injured heart woman — Kerio

“Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going to fast — you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.”

Eddie Cantor

In the freaking heat of the present moment

Sometimes you don’t look to yourself close enough

To know what you need

What your real desires are

When was the last time you did that?

Paper and pencil, bring your wishes to graphite

Your body is too accelerated

receiving too many stimuli

too many flashing lights and options

everything is already done for you

you choose it, wear it, throw it away

not taking the time to feel if it was right

or according to your values and plans.

So slow your heart down

lay your head on this fresh lettuce

talk to her

take the time to watch the clouds go by

give them a form, a name

examine your skin carefully, hydrate

search your favorite songs
