#53 No name star

--

Sky full of stars — Nour Nasser

So here you are

my no name star

I’ve been waiting for you

to brigthen my life

and make me believe

there’s more of me to the infinite ages

and that this string that connects us

to the uncountable spheres of time

is real and strong and meaningful

so an extension of us can encounter

the other dimensions of time

and hold that string tight

days go by like gasoline

fires burn so bright and extinguish so quickly

that if we don’t have a sense of eternity

we are all dry matches burning in seconds

I love you already, and forever

I can feel the connection and the awe

such a delicate essence of serendipity

I can almost grab it

and put it in my pocket

from where you’ll never leave

not the pocket in my coat

but the one in my heart.
